Purpose:
This volume implements AFPD 11-2, Flight Rules and Procedures; AFPD 11-4, Aviation Service; and
AFI 11-202V1, Aircrew Training. It applies to all F-117A units. This volume is not applicable to Air
National Guard or Air Force Reserve Command units. MAJCOMs/DRUs/FOAs are to forward proposed
MAJCOM/DRU/FOA-level supplements to this volume to HQ USAF/XOOT, through HQ ACC/DOTO,
for approval prior to publication IAW AFPD 11-2.
