NIGHT

NIGHT like a coverlet is folded down Upon the hills, and now the gentle trees Rock in their arms the restless winds to sleep. Cassiopeia, the Great Bear, and the Crown Divide the sky with striding Hercules. Her silent watch the pointed moon doth keep; I, in my cosy bed, lie still and wonder What makes the world turn round and stirs the thunder.
