Brief Annotation:
Presents the proper methods for dissection of the frog in order to observe its anatomy. Indicates the structures which can be observed by opening the mouth. Depicts proper incisions to make in order to lay skin and muscle layers aside and how to tie off the abdominal vien before cutting it. The location and structure of the digestive system are examined. The urinary systm is identified along with the reproductive systems in both the male and female frogs. The heart and circulatory systems are pictured; and muscles tendons, and nerves of the hind legs are shown. The top of the skull is removed and the brain and other parts of the nervous system are shown.
