ROBERTS, ELIZABETH BOND (MRS. SOLOMON W.): 1801-1884.

Elizabeth Bond was born in Surry County, N.C., on June 5, 1801, the daughter of Edward and Anna Huff Bond. She moved to Wayne County, Ind., in 1811. On Dec. 5, 1816, she married Solomon Whitson Roberts and they had thirteen children. They lived near Richmond and in Pendleton. Mrs. Roberts was active in the ministry of Friends' meetings and died on Nov. 8, 1884.
