NEEDHAM, WILLIAM P.: 1853-1899.
Born in Fountain City, Ind., on Dec. 11, 1853,
William P. Needham
attended the public schools of northern Wayne County until he was twelve
years old. He then entered the office of the WINCHESTER (
Ind.
) JOURNAL to learn printing and eventually
became the successful editor and publisher of the WINCHESTER
PHANTASMAGORIAN. He was town clerk of Winchester for twenty years.
Mr. Needham died in 1899.
