MILLER-JENNINGS, EULORA (MRS. RUFUS JENNINGS): ?-
Eulora Miller
was born in Lafayette,
Ind., probably in the
late Fifties or early Sixties, since she was a younger sister of Melville
W. Miller, who is known to have been born in 1856.
She attended the Lafayette schools and studied, for a time at least, at
Purdue University. She served as librarian of the
Lafayette Public Library in 1887-88 and married Rufus Jennings in 1890. Her later years were spent in California. Her recorded
literary production consists entirely of plays.
de Hart–Past and Present of Tippecanoe County,
1909.
