BOOK, WILLIAM HENRY: 1863-1946.

William Henry Book was born at Newcastle, Va., in 1863.

He attended Milligan College (Tenn.) and received the A.B. and A.M. degrees. He held various pastorates in the Church of Christ, concluding his active career in the pulpit with twenty years of service as pastor of the Tabernacle Church of Christ, Columbus, Ind.

During these twenty years he acted as editor and contributor to several religious publications. After leaving his charge in Columbus he became an evangelist but continued to make his home in that city. For a time he was a trustee of Butler University.
