Morris, former president of the Lilly Endowment and current member of the advisory board to the Center on Philanthropy, discusses the Lilly Endowment's initial involvement in the creation of the Center, especially Charles A. Johnson's role in establishing the groundwork for the Center. He also discusses the improvements made to the city of Indianapolis, Indiana in connection to IUPUI and his views on the success of the Center in general.
