Scope and Content Note

Daniel C. Orcutt, born in 1936 and serving as the executive director of the Indianapolis Airport Authority at the time of the interview, discusses a variety of issues relating to the Indianapolis Airport. He states the future prospects of air traffic expansion and the role of federal and state government in facilitating or restraining this development. He also touches upon the character of the Indianapolis Airport and details the history of the Airport Development Aid Program.
