Robert W. Spaulding, born 1924, discusses the growth and changes in mental health care in Indiana. He was the director of Community Services in the Division of Mental Retardation and Other Developmental Disabilities in the Indiana Department of Mental Health. Spaulding describes the role of comprehensive mental health care centers.
