executable programs which extract selected records from the&#13;
allnorms.dat global normals data file.  They are&#13;
&#13;
     cntryext.exe        and        stn_ext.exe&#13;
&#13;
Both programs ask the user to specify an output file where the&#13;
selected records will be written to, and both programs ask the&#13;
user to specify which records he or she wants to select.&#13;
&#13;
The full pathname for the output file must be specified (to a&#13;
maximum of 60 characters total).  This includes drive, directory&#13;
path, and filename:&#13;
