Readme file tells user to use CMD prompt to start setup process. I tried to follow, but it didn't work. One has to manually click on each folder on the CD drive and click the install icon to begin. Otherwise, all works fine.

There is no formal setup file. The program may be run through the command prompt. It runs perfectly; there were no problems.
