R. 27] for making appropriation for the completion of the construction and furnishing of the Department for Women of the Indiana Hospital for the Insane, and for the construction of a ware housse and two coal houses for said Institution, and declaring an emergency. Mr. HEFFREN, from the Special Committee on Rules, reported the rules of last session, with amendments, fixing the hours of the daily sessions at 9 a. m. and 2 p. m. And then the House adjourned under the rules till 9 a. m. to morrow.
