SENATE BILLS PASSED.
The bill [S. 39] to authorize County Commissioners to provide for children who are pauper charges upon the County; [S. 44] to amend Section 10 of an act touching contempt of Court, approved March 31, 1879; [S. 76--see page 88 of these reports] authorizing and legalizing the recording of patents for lands issued by the United States; [S. 86--see p. 51] appropriating $16,990.71 to pay members of the Indiana Legion and Independent Companies, were severally read the third time and finally passed.
