THE CIVIL CODE.

The following sections are, by this bill, proposed to be repealed, viz,: 9, 228, 77, 239, 300, 301, 302, 294, 359, 554, 645, 646, 794, 796, 802. The following sections of the bill are proposed as new matter, viz.: 117, 118, 279, 455, 456, 626, 721, 857, 858, 859, 860, 861.
