JOINT CONVENTION.
On motion of Mr. GREENE, the House message inviting the Senate to a joint session, for the purpose of hearing the Governor's message this afternoon at 2 1/2 o'clock, was taken up and concurred in.
Mr. HADLEY, from, the joint committee appointed to wait on the Governor, reported that His Excellency would deliver his message this afternoon, at 2 1/2 o'clock, in the Hall of the House of Representatives.
The LIEUTENANT GOVERNOR announced the continuance of the same committee on the part of the Senate to again wait on the Governor and inform him that the Senate was ready to attend in a body and hear the delivery of his message in the Hall of the House.
