By Mr. BUSKIRK, [H. R. 115] to regulate insurance companies doing business in this State, prescribing the duty of the Auditor of State in relation thereto, and prescribing penalties for violation of the provisions of this act.
By Mr. UNDERWOOD, [H. R. 116] relative to judges salaries, and providing for the payment of the same.
By Mr. JOHNSON of Parke, [H. R. 117] to amend the sixteenth section of the act of May 4, 1852, to provide for contesting elections, erroneously printed in said act, etc.
By Mr. STEWART of Ohio, [H. R. 118] providing for the establishment of an Insurance * Department for the State of Indiana; and the appointment of an Insurance * Commissioner for said department, etc.
By Mr. HUTCHINGS, [H. R. 119] making appropriations amounting to four hundred and thirteen thousand five hundred and ninety-nine dollars and forty-eight cents for the relief of sufferers on account of the Morgan raid.
By Mr. BRECKINRIDGE [H. R. 120] to protect and elevate the medical profession, to promote the improvements of medical science, and to protect the lives of the people of the State of Indiana.
By Mr. PALMER [H. R. 121] regulating the fees of clerks of the Circuit and Common Pleas Courts.
By Mr. PIERCE of Porter (H. R. 122) requiring the State Printer to fix the cost of printing, binding and material for the use of the State on title page of all public documents.

By Mr. DUNN (H. R, 125) to amend the act to amend the forty-fifth section of the act to provide for opening, vacating and changing highways, approved March 5, 1857.
By Mr. VATER, (H. R. 126) authorizing County Commissioners to furnish Justices of the Peace with certain books and stationary, etc.
By Mr. McFADIN, (H. R. 127) authorizing County Recorders to demand and receive their fees at the time deeds, mortgages etc., are presented for record.
By Mr. BOWEN, (H. R. 128) to amend section thirty-three of the general road act of May 12, 1852, and exempting all persons going to and returning from public worship and Sunday schools from paying toll.
By Mr. OSBORN, (H. R. 129) to provide for the service of process and notice to suits or other proceedings in court, by settling up written or printed notices in five of the most public places in the county.
By Mr. PIERCE of Vigo,(H.R. 130) making appropriation for the completion of the State Normal School building.
By Mr. STEWART of Hush (H. R. 131) in reference to the consolidation of railroads in this State, prescribing the manner thereof, fixing passenger rates, and providing for the fencing of railroads.
Mr. ZOLLARS submitted a resolution for a daily order to call the roll of names of members alphabetically, for the introduction of legislative matter, as the presentation of petitions, the introduction of bills, resolutions, etc., which, being a proposition to amend the rules, lies over one day.
