STATUTES FOR MEMBERS.
Mr. BELFORD submitted the following:
Resolved, That the Librarian be instructed to procure for each member a copy of Gavin &Hord's revised statutes and cause the same tobe placed on the desks.
Mr. SHUEY desired the resolution to provide that the statutes shall be procured at wholesale prices.
The SPEAKER. The Chair is not sure but that it goes to the Committee on Stationery.
Mr. PRATHER thought it ought not to be referred, because we need the statutes now.
The SPEAKER. The committee is required to report to-morrow.
The reference was agreed to by unanimous consent.
