Mr. NIBLACK, from the Committee on Ways and Means, reported the specific appropriation bill, [257.]
Also the bill making general appropriations for the years 1863 and 1864. [258.]
Mr. NIBLACK moved to suspend the rules so that the general appropriation bills might be read the second time.
The yeas and nays were demanded and being ordered and taken resulted, yeas 53, nays 0.
No quorum voting a call of the House was ordered showing the same result, when the House adjourned to 9 a.m. on Monday.
