HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES.
MONDAY, February 16, 1863.Mr. ROBERTS offered a resolution that the House hereafter meet at 8 1/2 o'clock a.m.and 1 1/2 p.m., and hold night sessions on Wednesdays and Fridays, which was laid over under the rules.

The Senate resolution in reference to the distribution of Owen's Geological Reports was concurred in.
WORK FOR COMMITTEES.
House bills 151, (see page 128;) 153 to 168 inclusive, (p. 135;) were read the second time (see page 28) was ordered engrossed and H.R.152, (p. 133) was laid on the table, and 300 copies ordered printed for the use of the House.
