Resolved, That the Committee on Roads be instructed to inquire into the expediency of so amending the Road law that where there is a judgment obtained against an individual for failing to work the roads, as provided by law, no property he may be possessed of at the rendition of the same shall be exempt from levy and sale by an execution on said judgment, and report immediately, or as soon as practicable, by bill or otherwise
He also submitted the following, which was adopted:
Resolved, That the Committee on the Affairs of the State Prison be instructed to report back to this House the memorial of John P. Dunn and Jeremiah Skene, which was referred to said committee at the extra session, and also their action thereon.
