ELEVENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT.

A message from the Senate now announced the passage, in that body, of the bill (S. 60) fixing the time of holding the Circuit Court in the llth Judicial Circuit, and prescribing the length thereof in the counties thereof.

On motion of Mr. FIRESTONE, the order of business was suspended, and this Senate bill was taken up and passed the first reading.

On the further motion of Mr. FIRESTONE, (the rule being suspended) the bill was read the second time by title, and passed to the third reading.
