This was a ceremony in honor of a new non-denominational chapel to be built on campus. It was held in conjunction with the Religious Conference, where representatives of three religious faiths - Judaism, Catholicism, and Protestantism - each planted a tree. The endowment to erect the chapel was provided by Dr. Beck.
