description: | This view is from the east looking west. North is at the viewer's right with south being at left. All four sets of the buildings described below basically comprise the center of this image. Starting at far right: Hoosier Courts consists of the two groups of buildings north of Tenth Street. South of Tenth Street, Rogers I is the complex whose buildings are parallel with Tenth Street and directly opposite of Hoosier Courts. In the same block, but directly to the east and southeast of Rogers I is Rogers II being constructed (most of which are set at angles). Rogers II was later named the John W. Ashton Center. Trees Center is the grouping of darker colored buildings to the south and west of Rogers II. |
