description:

Hanger's caption for this image reads, in full: "From Parkrow building on Broadway Street a strange sight may be seen. Looking down on the pavement from the 25th floor story window men appear as bugs with unusually long legs and arms. A snap shot from this point must needs present distorted angles but notwithstanding this twisting of right angles it gives some fair conception of the actual view. From this high point one can secure a good picture of famous St. Paul's Church in which [George] Washington once worshipped."
